I Have a Mystery Illness

I Want Answers Now!... Well I am writing this because I am seriously desperate for answers. I have tremors and I sleep more than I am awake. When people look at me and they see my hand trembling they think I am crazy and I have tingling in my hands as I am typing this and my tremors have gotten progressively worse. I am scared out of my mind and I want answers. People always say that I am a mystery but all I want is answers. SOMEBODY...ANYBODY HELP!!
