Well ... This sucks but i know that i will recover.

I think that this guy who I was dating last month and before gave me H. Pylori it is a bacteria in people's stomachs or in food. I remember making out with him last month, he then ghosted me once i got sick and now that I'm pretty much dying I think it was him who gave me this. What a douche I shouldn't die he should. I am losing so much weight and I was already thin before this, now I just look gaunt and physically weak, I am doing all the right things to cure myself I am taking natural remedies, I've quite weed, coffee, soda, fried foods, salt, spicy foods, etc, I hope to get well soon. I have an appointment for this on the 1st. I want to be healed, and back to normal again.
