Is that like the Myers Briggs test?

Yes

I took it three times in my life, and was classified as an INTP each time.
Justpeaceandlove · 61-69, F
@JoyfulSilence: this was my first time. I'm an ENFP... :)

So we are half-alike.
Justpeaceandlove · 61-69, F
@JoyfulSilence: really I didn't read the other personalities. That's pretty cool huh. :)

I just used Excel to compute the probabilities of sharing a letter, by random chance. I listed all 256 possibilities and tallied things. There is a 37.5% chance two people will share 2 letters. Here is the rest
# shared______probability
0______________0.0625
1______________0.2500
2______________0.3750
3______________0.2500
4______________0.0625

That's pretty interesting.

I am a mathematician, which is compatible with INTP's. I love figuring out stuff like this. I also realized I did not have to list all 256 possible pairs of 4-letter words from a 2-letter alphabet. I could have used other logic. I just did not see it until I tallied things up using the 256 pairs.
Incidentally, a byte has 256 possible states.

@JoyfulSilence: I want to say I respect that you are a mathematician. I am not even close although my younger son is probably one. :)

Cool about your son. Math is awesome!
