I Am Tempted To Be Lazy
It Looks Soooooo Goooooood......... I spent the day with a coworker today who is a bit lazy. He is very smart and does excellent work but is personally lazy. I must say sometimes it appeals to me....
1. He is fat and eats whatever the hell he wants. He is a bachelor and eats out 3 meals a day. I was with him for his breakfast and we had lunch together. He had at least 3000 calories in those meals alone. All of it looked good.....
2. He He gets home and sits....watches TV.....smokes a joint....does whatever. No wife, no kids, no responsibility........
3. He does just enough to get a job done and doesn't care about moving up in the company. He is happy right where he is. He always takes care of the customer and as I said, he is smart and can troubleshoot with the best of them, but not motivated to do more.
It seems like that would be a bit liberating. He seems perfectly content with all of it and that amazes me. I wish I could think that way sometimes. Oh it looks good......
