Did you realize that when you open and turn on a Samsung product you enter into an agreement with Samsung? I know, you should have to agree to something in writing before entering into a contractual agreement with a business.
I have been following the paper. Most technology and software agreements are add ons to other agreements and most lead back to the Apache Software Company. Which was incorporated back in 1995, I believe. Anyway, that is a Non-Profit that shares its technology with the world. But when you go into terms and conditions and privacy statements, then licensing certificates, it just blows my mind.
Did you know that most of the agreements go into affect as soon as you do an update to any app, phone, or electronic device. It seems like aot of people will be paying for piracy
