I Am Dissapointed In Our Society

You know, for all the people on here that message me being so friendly and nice just to turn around d and make Muslim jokes,call us names and all these corona jokes....

How do you go through life with such doublefacedness? And most of you have claimed to me to be christian,too. I know you are taught to be better.

I feel like my mom says sometimes: I'm not mad at you,just disappointed.

I'm sorry that happened. Have you tried telling them it hurts you? It could be people that don't know what's appropriate to those of other religions. I'm not trying to defend them, just understand.

@Melpomene if it wasn't blatant then I would. Bit this is stuff that's obviously wrong and they wouldn't care if it hurts me or not. Its putting blanket stereotypes up without care that we are all individuals.

sometimes its how people cope, and I can understand being offended my "jokes" if they are ment in a harmful way. But sometimes people say them because they think it is funny. My dad freaks people out with his jokes sometimes, but he is normally making fun of himself lol. as or 2 faced people they are far to common these days in general.

There are all sorts, everywhere, I think. Times like this can bring out both the best and worst in people. Sorry to hear you've been troubled online. I recommend extensive use of filters, mutes, blocks etc.

@Tukudo I dont hold their faith against them. I just assume most people wouldn't hold mine against me. But that type of person that does usually has a mindset that will find another reason to be rude.
