I Am Dissapointed In Our Society
I sat there sharing lunch and a decent conversation with a homeless guy the other day and someone automatically assumed I was homeless too. Says something about the kind of society we live in I think.

is there some reason they shouldn't? do you feel it's an insult to you, to be homeless?

@firefall Not an insult to be thought as homeless at all. I used to be homeless and met many good people along the way and since. It just saddens me that many people in society seem to think it's ok to ignore them or just drop some loose change in front of them but it's not ok to 'get on their level' and converse with them or share a meal with them like the human beings they are.
