I Love Aviation

I pilot airplanes and have flown gliders but I have never been up in a balloon. I would love to do it but the opportunity has never presented itself. A friend of mine loves to skydive and he said that he once jumped out of a balloon basket at altitude. He said it was his scariest jump since he had zero airspeed when he jumped. When he jumps from an airplane he has airspeed and can kind of 'fly' through the air. From the balloon he simply tumbled until he had enough airspeed to 'fly'.
