I hate this ageing with disability malarky, i hate my broken body, i hate not being able to do the things I used to enjoy. But most of all right now i hate my bladder..... im just sounding off people im not looking for sympathy.

I understand 😔 I have a disability too and a lot of the time I feel 90 years old even though some 90 year old people are healthier than me. You are not alone, don't be ashamed of venting about what bothers you 🤗
