I Love Early Mornings

My room mate Catherine climbed into my bed at about 5 this morning. It is clear and frosty outside and the temperature barely above zero. We cuddled each other back to warmth and she fell asleep on the pillow next to me.

The perfect start to a beautiful morning.

We went running in the half light of dawn. Now we are showered, breakfasted and ready to go to our yoga class :-)
