I Express My Feelings Through Writing
I didn’t know it then, that when that day came, that I was going to meet the love of my life.
It was an ordinary day, like the day before, nothing special. Life is like that more times than not and I was living my life just trying to do the best I could.
I was searching SW for something though I didn’t know that what I was going to find would literally change my life.
Her avatar grabbed me. An eye, a tear, colors that I will never forget. I read her posts, all of them. I was interested. I wanted to know more. I commented thoughtfully as I always do. And soon came another post from her. The post seemed to be directed at me. I read it and immediately responded making sure I addressed every point she made. I made sure that when I sent my PM it was perfect, as good as it could be.
That was almost two years ago. Though we have never met, we have spoken on the phone regularly. We leave voice messages and even did a few video chats. Had it not been for computers and apps and all this new stuff we would never have even met much less spoken on the phone.
We are as much in love this day as we were at the beginning. She asked me on a journey, one that has shown me my capacity to love and my capacity to offer love.
We share life, music, words, love. It’s a great and wonderful thing. She is a very special and important part of my life and though we’ve had our issues we have overcome them. We made adjustments, learned and we have grown in maturity and in love and this love of ours has broken huge mountains into mere pebbles.
What shall the future hold? One day at a time we’ll find out. Love is our guiding force and I love her more than mere words can say.
