I Express My Feelings Through Writing
As tears welled in my eyes there were hushed tones and she asked me what was wrong. “Nothing” I said.
Hearing my obvious tears she asked again what was wrong
“Two people needing and wanting, two hurt people looking, two hearts broken and in pieces...”
I continued saying “love heals broken hearts...love touches lives...love offers unexpected possibilities...love sings songs, writes beautiful words, love is universal and love brings rainbows to one’s eyes...
It was then that I knew why I loved her, what draws me to her, why I will be in her life forever.
When I met her tears filled her sad lonely eyes and her heart was in tatters, she was lost and had no hope of being found.
And after over one year her heart is mended, hope brightens her day, and her eyes, well I’ve seen more than a rainbow or two as I looked deep within her gorgeous eyes, a rainbow or two that has brilliantly lit up her soul flooding it with the colors of light.
