I Think Grades Do Not Decide How Intelligent You Are

That is such a true statement, even though people request higher transcript notes, if you lack the social abilities you won't probably get the job or you are most likely to lose it before the others do. If a person sucks at math, no problem, if a person is good at physics no problem because none of this, none of this prepares you for the real life!

yes but again, lacking the social abilities on the job, how will you manage, you get stuck at a point, and if you can not manage the job, why would your boss keep you employed? a degree is of course important but social skills to some extent is required too unless you are working in a special cell for only yourself without interacting any humans
yeah there's no doubt about that. but i meant if you want to be a mathematician or physicist i would guess the emphasis would be more on coursework. but then what do i know.
