Did you "hold space" for someone?

Hold space means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome. When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control.

I don't think that's a real thing. It's a beautiful concept but in reality just by "holding space" you are already trying to change the outcome by making sure the person is not taking the journey alone so it's a personal investment no matter how you paint it.

Yea I got that, it's a nice concept I was just saying it's just that a concept to make the helper feel better about themselves and distance their own motives from the act of helping, not something that can actually happen in real life.
