All I'm saying, is if you hit him in the eyes with mace, it will be a pain equal to sterilizing him. He will never forget the pain. It's sort of like operant conditioning. He will always remember the pain if he tries it again.

The problem with tazers and mace is if the guy sees you pulling it out, he could easily use it on you, he will be a lot stronger, and it is not like you have a lot of time to think about what you are doing, it all happens so quickly. Luckily he didn't knock you out and drag you into the bushes unseen, that happens sometimes, sad but true.

Hopefully that guy has some outstanding warrants, or is on probation so they can toss him back in the can without a lot of courtroom drama.
