So I've been suffering from insomnia for some time now (6 years or so) But yesterday I read something about bay leaves. So I burned some in my room. The energy changed immediately. It felt refreshing and positive. And I put few leaves under my pillow and I forgot about them. Last night was the first night that I fell asleep, remained asleep and no nightmares. I used to take pills to keep me from waking up and I still wake up few times. Last night I finally had a good night sleep.. I don't know if it's the bay leaves or my psychology or whatever ..
