So I've been suffering from insomnia for some time now (6 years or so)
But yesterday I read something about bay leaves. So I burned some in my room. The energy changed immediately. It felt refreshing and positive. And I put few leaves under my pillow and I forgot about them.
Last night was the first night that I fell asleep, remained asleep and no nightmares.
I used to take pills to keep me from waking up and I still wake up few times.
Last night I finally had a good night sleep..
I don't know if it's the bay leaves or my psychology or whatever ..

Yes, bay leaves are calming and soothing. You'd be surprised with foods you prepare, the more spices and herbs you use, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.,they are all good for you

oh yeah, luckily for me, the Mediterranean dishes are based on wild herbs and spices ..
