I Have Something to Say

Part of my right foot is numb, and my doctor said I might never get the feeling back! Before you read ahead, just please know that there is no point to me sharing this story, I just thought it might be somewhat interesting!!

It happened when I got sciatica through moving house and lifting something heavy and awkward by myself. The following morning I got intense pains in my lower back, bum, and down my whole right leg. It was awful, and I could barely move some days. Luckily I was out of work at the time, so could take as long as I needed to get out of bed. It was very frustrating though as I had these pains for over a month, and my boyfriend at the time wasn’t being helpful or understanding at all. I had physio therapy, and did the exercises I was told to do at home. My leg and foot kept going tingly and numb, but luckily my leg went back to normal, and I’m now just left with numbness on part of my right foot! I notice it when I put shoes on, as I can’t feel that part of my foot going into the shoe.
I’ve had sciatica too. Down my left side. It’s horrible. Had it twice. Sorry to hear your struggles

Thank you. Was so painful at the time. I hated being unemployed at the time, but Im glad I got sciatica while I was out of work anyway. The job centre are very unsympathetic when you have human problems, so I still went to my job centre appointments even when I struggled getting out of bed @DaveyWavey01
@RebeccaJP can I pm you about this?
