I Have Something to Say

The worst anxiety days are the ones where I’m just rolling along, dealing with life as it comes, and then suddenly it hits out of nowhere. It’s never fun but at least when there’s a clear trigger there’s not the added pressure of figuring out where the hell it’s coming from.
ack. is it reasonable to just get through it and not try to find what did it? concentrate on recovery more so than the source?
@stound that’s probably a more practical idea. I just hate not having answers.
@MirroroftheMoon it's often a problem at work places.. very focused on what broke and who rather than recovery... I'm sure its something to balance

I hear ya. I deal with the same crap. You think you have it licked, then BLAM! Triggered. Then down the rabbit hole you go.
When all of a sudden you cannot breathe or think straight and just cry out of nowhere
