Wait. Maybe I'm wrong. I've been looking into it a bit, but basicalky nothing says it takes other spermazoa to weaken the zona pellucida. It just says each sof the dozen or so spermazoa left fuse to the ZP.
So, maube.
I swear I'd heard the sperm just took advantahe of the other sperm and broke through the shell, after other sperm had already weakened it.
