I Do Not Like Being Put On Hold

It's more the music that companies tend to use. Something about listening to the same 45 seconds of a high pitched classical song for 20 minutes bores me to tears. Add to that the automated messages that you have to trawl through as well. Why not just hire more people? Unemployment will drop and customers will get less frustrated making it an easier environment for all.
