1. To deceive one self - that's far more easy.
2. To spot it, you're got it. That you recognize it, then it's hit a corresponding note in you. We are mirrors of each other, they reflect back at you, those aspects you dislike about you.
Then build up your worth of self, your self love.
When you are at-home-in-you. How people behave around you, should not effect your own self stability, you won't notice, to condemn and be in judgment. You command you, you have a say over you, not over them.
Let them be, let them be as they are or not, "so what" .....
Be you watchful of your own actions, you can only command you....
