I Am a 80's Baby

I was born in late 1989 (November) so I only got to live in the 80s for a very very short time. I was a month in a half when 1990 came. Do I count as an 80s baby? I mean I was tenically a baby in the early 90s.
I was actually suppose to be born later, but I have to admit, I'm glad I was born in the last part of the 80s.
I turned 3 in '92.
