I Feel Like Giving Up

I am in such a dark place
I dont know what's the point anymore
It would be better for my kids to lose me now then when they are older and can feel this pain
I just want to give up

Never give up on yourself or your family.
It's a rough time, and you feel depressed, but it's always better to be there for them rather than gone.
They might understand pain more when they are older, but they are also better able to deal with the loss.
