I Feel Like Giving Up

I am in such a dark place
I dont know what's the point anymore
It would be better for my kids to lose me now then when they are older and can feel this pain
I just want to give up

Is there someone you can ask for help? Hospital? Mental health contact number?

Only I can tell you your kids would never get over losing you and you sound like you need help.
Things seem really bleak now but they will not always be.. Please get some help
