We say we want attention. But then when someone gives us too much attention, we think, “Leave me alone, I want space!” I think we just want entertainment, something to do, to avoid boredom. That’s why we want the attention of those who are not easily impressed by trying to prove ourselves to them. But should they get too close, we run. It’s so funny how contradictory we are.
