I Have a Birth Defect

I was born with polymastia. Ever since birth, I had these four spots below my nipples, in two lines down my abdomen. We didn't think much of them, and just though they were moles.

I went into puberty at around 10, and a little over a year later, after my breasts had started developing, I noticed the "moles" had started slightly developing as well, slightly showing little bumps on them, similar to my nipples.

At 10, I had an examination where my parents and me were told they were in fact nipples, a total of four. I was kind of scared, but the doctors were unsure whether or not there was going to be any extra breast tissue with the nipples in the future.

When I was 12, my breasts were almost C-cups, and at this point, two of the other 'breasts' had been growing for a short while as well, becoming a slightly raised area around two of the extra nipples.

Now that I'm 16, I have a pair of DD-cups with a pair of D-cups right below them. All of them are shaped like regular breasts, and the extra nipples look just like my normal ones.

I wear a regular bra and a smaller, strapless bra below it when I'm at school and in public or with friends, and most of my friends know about my condition, and are very accepting. I still wear slightly baggy clothes so it doesn't show so obviously, because I still get stares in public.

I'm open for any questions if you have some :)

[c=#BF0080]Ahh I see what you mean so both sets have different band sizes i would presume, yes? Finding something both bandsize and cupsize wise must be kind of a pain finding something in your size and fits comfortably too. I seem to be on and off weight and my bandsize seems to fluctuate up and down to the point of annoyance, finding a 26-28 bandsize in my cupsize is a pain as i would only be able to find them on Amazon or something like that. Do you have to special order your bras at all, I can see that could be possibly an issue in the future maybe other than that wear what makes you feel comfortable and not like your in a straight jacket. Like the positioning of your lower set breasts is that still technically on your ribcage or slightly below it because wearing something too tight around anything below your ribcage can lead to other health issues.[/c]
