I Am a Teacher

Next Monday another schoolyear will begin. It will make 21 years teaching for me. And yet I feel the same uncertainty.

Will my students be interested in my lessons? Will I get on well with them? Will I have to deal with many disruptive ones? Will there be moments when I see there is no point at all in teaching?

I guess it will be like this till the day I retire.

@Cierzo not old - Experienced! Seasoned! All kinds of better adjectives than old! 😄 The most awesome thing is that you still care enough to be bothered by the lack of care in others. I don’t suppose it feels particularly awesome, but it’s something I’ve always found supremely admirable in you. 🙂
