I Am a Teacher

Next Monday another schoolyear will begin. It will make 21 years teaching for me. And yet I feel the same uncertainty.

Will my students be interested in my lessons? Will I get on well with them? Will I have to deal with many disruptive ones? Will there be moments when I see there is no point at all in teaching?

I guess it will be like this till the day I retire.

@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Most of the times I do. What brings me down is how little society cares about education here.

I don't know where here is for you @Cierzo but I unfortunately think teachers , who should be highly appreciated everywhere are not :(
