In family dynamics one possibility is that a member takes on the role of emotional dustbin. That is what you describe too. This is of course a dysfunction of a healthy family. Being aware of it being a general family issue rather than your own personal responsibility should help. Of course it is outrageous but probably there is little conscious awareness on the part of others as to what they are doing. You really should challenge it at least in your own mind as it is plainly destructive for the dustbin. Also however it is destructive for other family members who use you to dump emotions which they cannot process in the normal healthy way people should do.

@angie8819: that I could maybe understand but it's not like that. If anything happens at home its my fault. If my sister yells at my parents for being grounded its my fault. My parents fight and its my fault. I could not be home for a week, and then be told that any trouble that's happened is my fault.
