I Am An Ambivert

I was wondering..what does it take to be an extrovert? Then again, why label? Introvert, extrovert, ambivert are all labels too. No one's born being an introvert or extrovert, its the upbringing and conditioning that makes one introverted or extroverted.

So why choose?
Well, being an ambivert would be like a balance between the two. Being more flexible. You can slide on the either side as need be. If you're alone, be alone and love it.. If you're with people, be with people and love it..
Why just limit yourself more by being in a circle?! Erase the circle, and you can be both..according to the situations.

I can definitely understand where you're coming from in that aspect. I used to believe the same thing about labels. Personally, I don't mind them depending on what kind of labels they are, who is labeling you and why. Your own perception of the label is most important in my opinion. I agree with you in that they don't define you altogether. On the other hand I think they can also kind of be helpers in giving you a better sense of self and, to some degree, some sense of your own identity. They are part of what makes up who you are. Whether they are positive, negative or even accurate is up to you to decide.
