They were over here at Glastonbury Festival this year but, sadly, they've lost their edge now. The Top were part of my soundtrack in the 70s and 80s and just playing that video (yes, I couldn't resist it) made me think about how tight they were as a band. And only 3 of them too! Great sound...

I've always liked power trios. Roots rock is not normally my kind of thing, but I like ZZ Top's tongue-in-cheek lightheartedness and their showmanship, and their groove, and Billy Gibbons is king of the wah pedal :D
