Getting out of your comfort is good!! Discomfort can be a good thing sometimes! [I Have Autism, Aspergers Syndrome to Be Precise]
I’m autistic (aspergers) and I believe it’s important that autistic kids and teens and adults to get out of their comfort zones so it’s going to take longer for them to do so. Plus it’s good for them. Discomfort is good sometimes! That means you’re living life! You can’t live life and expect to be comfortable all the time because in order for you to be comfortable getting out and trying new things and doing stuff you would normally wouldn’t do, you have to be able to be uncomfortable. Sometimes you need that PUSH. I thank my dad for that and my brothers. Hell I even pushed myself into doing stuff I wanna do and don't normally do. I haven’t pushed my friends into trying something new but of course I can’t give them. I’m pushing my best friend into looking for work I mean she is looking for it but I keep pushing her HARD to find work. I can’t sit around at home collecting unemployment because unemployment benefits are ending this year I think. But anyways get out of your comfort zone and enjoy life! You’re going to be uncomfortable sometimes. It’s it’s the truth. 🙂
