I Am a Carer For My Disabled Child

i have fostered a little girl who is wheelchair bound and has limited use of her hands. i need to wash her, clothe her and a few other things. i have been caring for her the last 5 years. shes incredibly shy and took her over a year to be comfortable with me caring for her.
