I think it's unlikely... There is a subtle difference between nymphomania and a high libido.

With nymphomania you are not exactly fussy with who you have sex with as long as you are having sex.

Self diagnosis is always difficult, but maybe if you can't survive without doing the neighbor, friend, total stranger, you're on the right path...

As long as you can get whatever helps you with those needs then that's okay.

seems a lot more girls think that now but from the ones i know its because they cant find satisfaction one told me her first time was bad experience and thats why she keeps trying with of differant men but what do i know
