I Want To Say Im Sorry

Ignored a close friend for quite a while, with no real good reason. And now I want to apologise but I'm scared of them not believing my apology and thinking I'm only doing it because I want something from them - which is the complete opposite of what I feel. I miss them so much but I don't think they're gonna see it that way and its killing me inside :/
