@turbineman40 No! Do you? I also bought some balsamic glaze recently, thinking of using it for Caprese, but took one whiff and decided I was sticking with olive oil.

@Harmonium1923 trouble is, when you get right down to it, it tastes like vinegar! I'm not a vinegar fan. Though it is fine to wilt spinach with a tiny amount of vinegar, an equally tiny amount of sugar, some salt, pepper and bacon grease.
