I Hate Loud Noises

some days i can have my headphones on max volume and not be phased by it. some days i have 2 wear earplugs and earmuffs b/c any noise makes me extremely anxious and uncomfortable. sadly the latter has been the case 4 the last 2 days 😖

noise intolerance can be a sign of low magnesium. you should look up the connection.
