I think he feels more confident and comfortable with this because he has more of an idea of what it is, how it works etc then be does of the vaccine. Hell I don't blame him as I can't even find a definitive answer as to the ingredients. Also a lot of people find the speed of its creation (including drs) suspicious so I'm not surprised he's reluctant to take it. Also I suppose its easier to take computer chips out of a body then fix anything that a vaccine could potentially mess up...
