How do we move photos from the cellphone

to our regular computer?

I am so stupid in computers and just about everything else. I once could do it from my digital camera but don't know how with the cellphone??!!

With your Android phone connected to your PC......In "settings"-> "connected devices" there should be an option to change from charging to file transfer.
