I Hate People Who Deny Domestic Violence Against Men Exists

There are concerns that the COVID-19 lockdown could result in an increase in domestic abuse incidents. As is usual, all these concerns focus on the danger to women and children, nothing at all about male victims.

Over the last fortnight I've attended three domestic violence incidents, one of which necessitated a blue light run into A&E. All these incidents involved a male victim of a female abuser! I'm unaware of any incidents involving a female victim.

I read about this today, supposedly women are undergoing more violence against them because of Covid-19, there's absolutely no data to back that up. The liberals always make up something like this during election season.

But you bring up an excellent thought. Why hasn't the media reported on any increased violence against men?

@SW-User AIUI, all the independent studies into domestic abuse have found female on male abuse is just as common as male on female, only the misandrist propaganda say otherwise. Another problem is that the police routinely take the woman's side, regardless of the evidence. As a result, any studies based on arrests will be heavily biased against men.

That's right, I've read several such studies and they are reach the same conclusion. My husband is a survivour (from a previous relationship) so I have a better insight than most people. Also, in my job as a paramedic, I actually attend about twice as many domestic abuse incidents involving female on male violence as vice versa.
