I’ve often sensed a slight concern when asked that question. As in there must be a reason and they wonder if I’m not feeling well or they’ve made me uncomfortable and they want me to feel better. I try to take it in that light. 🤷♀️
I was asked that a lot when I was young. I thought there was something wrong with me. Now I know, it’s just who I am, even though I can be quite chatty at times. Other times, I need quiet. We are all different.
