Cruelty is so unnecessary in life!

I think this is such a dreadful way to behave with someone, and I have seen cruelty in places like supermarkets, where a mother cannot be bothered to tell her child why she can't have something, and just walks up and down the aisles with her child crying and pleading, trying to understand why Mum won't let her have something! You should always give a thorough explanation of your reasonings.
