I Have Inner Demons

Who hasn't? And how can you be sure that you do not trigger the demons inside the one you love? Is there any other way than remaining silent?

The only way to stop them from turning your world upside down is to let them out, face them head on and finally move on entirely. Avoiding one's inner demons is only postponing the inevitable.

It's a losing battle otherwise and no one deserves to go through it.

If the endgame is becoming miserable, may as well do what you can to have a chance at being happier and less stressed.
