Why are there never any good side effects?

Just once. I'd like to read a medication bottle and see "Warning: May cause extreme sexiness."

I think the good side effects of meds are them working.

Viagra is technically a heart medication. It's side effect was so common they started selling it based in it's side effect.

One of my anxiety meds also treated my arthritis a little.

An antidepressant I took made me sleepy, so I took it in the evenings and slept through the night.
