How often you want to be alone?

It’s my default desire. Sometimes I have to fight the desire to hide in plain sight and work up the courage to be social.

I generally enjoy my alone time but lately I am trying to be around people more to keep from dwelling on things

I didnt use to like being alone but now I want to be alone alot and think maybe it is best.
