If someone never pays taxes but is a citizen are they any better than an illegal immigrant that works but hasn't paid taxes?

They've paid fewer taxes as a percentage overall, and have the gall to hate on immigrants/illegals that aren't paying taxes, but did all the labor that got the billionare rich in the first place

Businesses and industries that deliberately employ illegal immigrants do so in order to pay a fraction of the wages they would pay a citizen. Arguably, that’s the difference in the taxes someone here illegally would pay. A wealthy citizen who brags about being “too smart” to pay taxes and “scamming the system” is in the same category as a “welfare cheat”—benefitting but not paying his way.
