Not any more than great singers make great actors...Sometimes both are pulled off quite well by an individual, but it's not always the case nor a guarantee.

A great point! Those who are truly talented with their voices in music are rare. I have yet to discover a voice amongst the many modern-day celebrities which can clearly be defined as 'great'. It's true, though, that some have voices which are melodic and appealing!
