Have you ever wanted to bake or roast something but you don't want it sitting on the bottom of the pan? It's really handy to keep a rack around, But what if the rack is too big, or the wrong shape?
Here's a quick easy fix. Take a piece of aluminum foil and fold it to the same width as your pan and three times as long. Then start accordion folding. The smaller the fold, the stronger the hold.
If it's a round pan, get a long piece and scrunch it into a long sausage of foil, then just create a spiral and fit it into the bottom of the pan.
Do you want to make mini bundt cakes, in a muffin tin. Make tiny foil towers. Flatten the bottoms so they stand and set them into the muffin tins. Pour the batter carefully around the centre pole and you have mini bundt cakes.
