What's the easiest job for shy teens with no job experience?

I recently tried this kitchen job at a sandwich shop for one day and they told me I was too slow and that they needed someone with more kitchen experience. They knew I had never worked a job before and had no experience before joining them that day and obviously, I was not going to go fast when they have over 100 dishes and recipes that I am not going to know on my first day. Also didn't know how to use all their machines properly but they did try to teach me and I was able to properly use it by the end of the day. I don't think it was that big of a deal because there weren't a lot of clients that day. Although they didn't pay me for my 6 hours of standing and working they gave me food so I guess it wasn't that bad. But I need to find another job so if y'all have any suggestions please leave some below. I am also very shy so I prefer not to be working with the general public as the main thing in whatever job I do.

Most jobs with no experience are hard, why not take a course at an adult school and get some training in something you enjoy and then you get some experience too? Notary public loan signer pays very good and you only need one class, or real estate requires one class and pays great, or appraiser if you can write reports, or take 3 classes for teachers assistant?

I started at a lumber yard. I was young and could carry heavy things and that was all they expected of me at first. Later I learned more and was given more responsibility .. but of course that was a long time ago.

warehouse jobs are pretty much a godsend. usually you are either picking, solo, or packing, solo. no convo needed
