I Love to Hike

Kinder scout in edale vía Jacobs ladder.
636 metres elevation.
The ladder was a cobbled stone path with nothing but a massive drop into the valley to the right of it.
Took me 7 hours to get up to the top and back down.
But that was probably because
1) I’m short
2) Not a fast walker.
It was called the dark peak. Had I known this before I probably wouldn’t have gone.
The sight from the top was breathtaking
